Compliance Audit
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) update the Construction General Permit (CGP) on a 5 year cycle. SWPPP Audits help busy Developers and Contracts review their process, outline areas of deficiency and guidance to stay in compliance.
After a SWPPP Audit or when a Notice of Change (NOC) is needed for your SWPPP Acorn EnviroComply can assist in filing permit information and updating the SWPPP for your site.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Estimated timeline of 3-5 business days. This is dependent on receiving all required site information and client response time.
Requirements for stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP/SWP3) are continually updated at the Federal, State and Local levels. At Acorn EnviroComply we know that staying up to date with each new mandate can be a hassle, but they could have major impacts of current or future SWPPPs. We work with our clients to ensure that they have the most up to date information and provide corrections when they are needed.
Key Activities:
- Gather Current Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
- Verification for TCEQ Permitting
- Gather Current Stormwater Inspections and Records
Every construction site is different, but every SWPPP requires the same general information. Our construction SWPPP Checklist allows our staff to review your site’s current SWPPP documentation. Our Construction Site Checklist allows our staff to quickly highlight areas of deficiency, propose updates and to create needs-based invoices so our clients only pay for mandated corrections.
