Permitting is a necessary chore for any construction site. Adding a temporary batch plant to your plans requires additional permitting and monitoring requirements. Acorn EnviroComply staff will guide you to the correct permits for your site, complete the consultant portion of the permits and will guide you through finalizing your permits on the TCEQ STEERS portal.

Every construction and temporary batch plant site is different. Our temporary batch plant site questionnaire allows our staff to gather your site’s details, which will be used to develop your SWPPP documentation.

A site specific Electronic Construction SWPPP will be designed to include all mandated documentation. Your stormwater pollution prevention plan will also contain general guidelines to help on-site staff stay in compliance before, after and during construction.

Upon completion of your E-Construction Temporary Batch Plant SWPPP our staff will provide a link to all of your documentation in the Client Portal as well as email a PDF copy for instant access. Staff will provide updates as requested by your authorizing organization/city, and filing a Notices of Change (NOC) or Notice of Termination (NOT). Clients will have direct access to staff through the Client Portal, where you can ask questions, have documents updated or request a secondary project.
